So a while back one of my favorite people on DA "
" and I were talking about Hordes, Circle Orboros and pony and he up and said something that made me feel happy: 'I believe you will make an awesome Sentry Stone'.
Sometimes words like that really hit you deep. I haven't done a lot with sculpy, only shared one thing I 'made' and returned to the ball because I wasn't happy with it and realized it would be the first part of a project on a scale I had no intention of completing - but that didn't matter. He told me he believed I would do something.
So here I am with the first part to make sure he won't be proven a liar. It leans a bit and I can't make the details on the sunken surface good but that doesn't matter. There's one more detail I want to put in this before I consider it ready to bake, prime and paint.

Now i know how Scootaloo feels in that comic. The same as i do right now.
First i expected some Zecora voodoo statue. Never thought you would start and copy the lightning design from the original stone. But it looks great on that picture.
